Paul Harper provides a range of personal development training and professional
development programmes for executive, corporate and sports clients. He
specialises in designing, delivering and evaluating effective organisational
training and strategic development for performance excellence, personal
and business success, including sports excellence. Programmes are facilitated
for public, voluntary and private sector organisations including Leadership
/ Management skills, Personal Success & Achievement, Life Coaching & Sports
Excellence Development.
He helps people and organisations to learn, understand and apply the very best in human psychology, motivational strategy and achievement philosophy. He works with people to develop human potential to rapidly achieve desired results and success. He is the Area Lead Associate for MyLifeCoach in South Wales area. He is a highly qualified and experienced consultant, academic and coach with a Masters degree in Professional Development (University of Glamorgan) and Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE, Cardiff University). He is a qualified Neuro-linguistic Programming consultant and embodies the principles of lifelong learning and continuous performance enhancement.
He has a background in organisational learning & development. He galvanises his academic knowledge of cutting edge leadership & management strategy with practical how-to technology to get people and organisations progressing, innovating, succeeding and enjoying the change. He is passionate, enthusiastic and fun to learn and grow with. His passion for sport and martial arts resulted in the design of the NLP Golf Mastery® and the NLP MindPower Martial Arts Mastery© systems, which have produced stunning results for PGA golfers and kickboxers in European/World events. Voluntary work includes stress management for nursing staff on terminal cancer wards and youth work.
